Venice Noir

Venice hosts a literary festival dedicated to noir, thriller and genre fiction, held partly in English and partly in Italian. World-class authors and emerging voices meet readers across three iconic venues: Ateneo Veneto, Teatro La Fenice and the Ridotto of Hotel Monaco, once Casanova's casino. The city itself, a source of mystery and narrative tension, is the festival's soul.
