Fucina degli Angeli: Peggy Guggenheim and Twentieth-Century Art Glass

The Peggy Guggenheim Collection presents a show on the Fucina degli Angeli, the Murano glass workshop founded by Egidio Costantini in the mid-1950s. Curated by Cristina Beltrami, it reconstructs this vision, highlighting Peggy Guggenheim's support and her role in connecting Costantini with leading twentieth-century artists. Over one hundred works from international museums, Murano institutions and private collections are displayed alongside drawings, paintings, sculptures and archival materials.
