Bizhan Bassiri. Principe. Il Nottambulo del Pensiero Magmatico.

At Museo Correr in Venice, Bizhan Bassiri presents recent creations alongside emblematic works that express his poetic principles. The display engages the host space, with the Principe figure greeting visitors at two of four entrances, while ninety images of chosen artists, from Quattrocento masters to the 2000s, form a genealogical tree. Works are suspended and staggered from low walls to maximum height, while a bronze Meteorite and Fratino with Serpenti suggest verticality and horizontality.
