Club privacy notice & membership terms

The controller is DORIBENE SOCIETÀ A RESPONSABILITÀ LIMITATA SEMPLIFICATA, Via Leoncino 16, 37121 Verona, Italy, VAT 04581270230, info@doribene.it. We use your email, username, name and password hash to provide your account, verify your email and recover access (performance of the membership service). Your phone number is optional and is not used for marketing calls or messages. Promotional emails require your separate, optional consent; membership is available without it. You can withdraw consent in your dashboard or through the unsubscribe link. We record your consent and its version. Data are stored on our hosting infrastructure and handled by authorised staff and service providers for hosting and email delivery; they are not sold. Account data are kept while your account is active; you can delete it from your dashboard. Unverified registrations expire after 30 days. Email queue content is removed after 7 days following handoff; failed deliveries and security records are removed after 30 days. Rolling backups expire after 30 days and are only used for recovery. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object where applicable by contacting info@doribene.it; you can lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. No automated decisions with legal effects are made. A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in, with 30 minutes of inactivity and a maximum of 12 hours. It is not used for advertising. Membership is free and intended for adults. Accounts are personal: keep your credentials confidential. Offers are not guaranteed; each offer lists its own provider, conditions and expiry. Bookings remain subject to the relevant supplier terms. You can leave at any time by deleting your account. This notice applies to the Club and supplements the website privacy policy.
